Regional Authority

The Regional Authority executes duties within its own competence under the law. The Regional Assembly and Regional Council then assist in the activities of committees and boards. Moreover, the Regional Authority executes state administration (delegated competency), except affairs entrusted under law to the Regional Assembly and the Regional Council, or to a special apparatus. The Regional Authority is divided into departments and sections. The Regional Authority is headed by a Director.
