JUDr. Eva Kafkova
She graduated from the Charle's University in Prague, Faculty of Law. She passed doctoral exam in field social security and political law. Her specialization covers commercial and municipal law, she passed special study in the field social law, property law, legislature and commercial law.

Professional Career was always fixated on municipality:

• 1969 - 1989: the branch of social security, namely in the sector of care of old citizen, law security of children and young people
• Since 1990 she has targeted the municipal law with orientation of property law, after it she has been engaged in the legislature especially the branche of by-laws of towns, then reminder regulation to laws, civil and commercial law, incumbency relations and commercial companies of town and public law.
• She was working as a lector for employees of municipalities and members of autonomy in the long term. She is a chairwoman of the Commission For the Public Service, the Council of Association of Regions of the Czech Republic and a chairwoman of the Accredit Commission of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic for accreditation educational programmes of special qualification. She is a member of the Committee of the Minister of Interior for territorial public service.
