Hukvaldy Castle

At the entry to the castle visitors gradually go through six gates. The first gate leads us to the area bordered from the right by a steep slope and a construction of a so called “Kulatina” on its top. Behind the second gate there is a large yard with the Chapel of St. Andrew. On the left in the passage to the fourth and the fifth gates there are entrances to guard rooms. Behind the fifth gate there is a yard which fills up the area in front of the entrance to the castle core premises.
