Fortifications and Bunkers in Darkovičky

The premises of the Czechoslovak Fortification in Hlučín-Darkovičky were included in the Silesian Regional Museum in 1992. The reconstruction of the fortification premises was carried out from 1980, where a workgroup was formed within the then Museum of Revolutionary Fights and Liberation in Ostrava, whose goal was to select and renew several selected fortifications according to the historical condition of 1938. On 28 June 1984 the selected four different types of objects forming the future fortification premises in Hlučín-Darkovičky were taken over and a workgroup of three persons started reconstruction works together with other volunteers.
